manscaping is bueno... but not completely hairless... and do not take off your chest hair... that shit is sexy as fuck. especially the treasure trail near a man's belly button... but in general chest hair is a-ok, and pubic hair should be kept short, but not shaved off.
as for women... its a pain in the ass to shave it but guys only like shaved vage so it has to be taken care of
