ok kaendar take this on for size.
I went to school with alot of black people. In fact, white people were the minority at my school.
A good portion of black kids who went there, all they wanted was to follow what popular culture demands it is to "be black". The rudeness, the loudness, quickly offended, always looking for the easy way to get over on someone... Calling teachers racist if they complained about them being late to class, talking in class, not doing their hw... yet those teachers wanted nothing more than to help them. They offered their time, their patience, to help these kids become better. And some did. They were wonderful, kind, funny, friendly people.
But many still refused the help, preffering to do badly in school, to go run the streets, making stupid mistakes like getting pregnant, joining gangs, doing drugs, shooting up places... And then lots of the boys went to jail, because they devoted their lives to the stupid mainstream assumption of what it is to be black, being afraid to be called whitewashed for speaking like they read books, reading, etc...
It becomes and endless cycle, but one that is easy to break.
I know because ive seen it with my own eyes. The ones who break the cycle are successful and well liked. They blame no one for their situation while the others who failed blame the govt and have their hands out stretched for any handout that comes from the govt they blame, because their choices fucked them over from ever being successful

Im not saying its the best tattoo ever, and i dont mind, but when you compare the line work and other elements to many of the tattoos posted on here, he is lacking.
As for moral character, you know nothing about mine. One mistake doesnt make me a bad person. I wish i would have done things differently but now I have to deal with the blame. But my moral character is fine.

Yeah, I am still on the simple cartoon characters stage...
I have no artistic ability at all really...I can do some pretty cool things with 3d mediums, but nothing with paint and pencils and what not...I can make some crazy awesome sculptures...anyway, My husband knows I like tattoos, and he want's me to stop growing pot...so he bought me a tattoo machine hoping that I would get interested in that instead of MJ...
So, it was literally a nonsensical shot in the dark...either way all those tattoos..the rose, I didn't think looked bad, and the start wars type gun thing looked star wars-y...
To tell you the truth having the machine and no idea how to use it, and having no artistic propensity for flat mediums just kind of makes the whole thing frustrating...then as soon as I do a few on myself that don't look terrible then all my friends are like hey give me a tattoo...and it's like No..I have no idea what I am doing...Lol.

I do love being able to just buzz something on me when I get the whim though...I love the process...it takes away a lot of the relaxation factor when I do it to myself at home though...
but I love love love to get tattoos...and am too broke to pay someone else...so it seemed like a perfect learning opportunity...What I need to get is some super cheap ink that fades out after a few months...that way if I do anything heinous I know I won't have to look at it long...
