I don't think the lottery is a very fair taxation method (in any country), but if you are the right person you don't even need to buy a ticket to be a winner. You keep talking about flat taxes as if the ones already written are the only ones that will ever be written.
You're not being very progressive about this...I hope that one scenario will change to include everything that you would like, as to be fair to all.
I know that liberals think a flat tax isn't fair though, because as UB states, 15% from a poor persons check means more to them than 15% to a millionaire.
