my guy started his apprenticeship in 2005. Only been tattooing for 8 years (6 as an artist not and apprentice). why would I have to have 20 years?

Well of course. I explained this in the other thread. You have to have natural artistic talent, but then you have to have the technical ability to transfer that art onto skin.
Your fat albert drawings and your tattoos dont show natural artistic talent!

I guess you dont know what technical ability is? Cuz ur totally off.
Okay kaendar.... I don't know what technical ability is.... Please explain how the tattoos my guy does that look fresh, the colors pop and you can see fine detail in all of them are totally off and don't require technical ability, but yours does. I'm having a hard time understanding what you mean, earlier you said you didn't have anything of this caliber.

realism.... meant to look real....
Note bent petal and damaged petal but whole flower isn't lopsided and the colors flow and pop.

This is purely about the tattoo work now. Not a personal insult, I would do the same with any tattoo artist that say they are pros and don't have the portfolio to back it up!

These almost look like they were done with oil pastels; especially the first one. Wow.

This is my sleeve
It's hard to capture the fine detail without getting close up. The skeletons are anatomically correct (proper number of vertebrae in the spine, proper number of ribs etc.) Buy hey Kaendar must be right, he's tattooed people before, My guy still needs some technical ability! Crazy that he gets paid 8 times as much for a sleeve.

I'm in awe of your sleeve just from those pictures. That's some incredible work!

That is just badass, dude.

I'm not the type of person who would ever get a sleeve, but if i did, it would be something awesome like that. You must have paid a pretty penny for that! Worth it though in my opinion.
