Small indica plant Help!!!

My plant is 6 weeks old the main stem is about 8 inches tall, it has ALOT of undergrowth, and has been topped once and is currently in lst, im growing organically indoor with 2-26w cfls and 1-20w cfl, some of the leaves have white dots and the tips are turning a black/brown and curling down, some are yellowing a little around the edges, the stems on the two new tops are purple i need help!!!!
