Can drops of water on your leaves cause hotspots?

I dont think some of you understand why this thread was started.. Someone tried to say it was impossible for water droplets to magnify sunlight and burn shit. I started this thread to quell all that and show that although unlikely, it is very possible. Stop with the shitty combustion jokes and take shit seriously.

In my opinion spray the shit out of them in veg. The extra weight the water adds is going to do nothing but strengthen your stems and prep them for buds. This is also a good way to make the heavier branches to droop and allow a little light into your canopy.

I will add that you should have proper airflow which means you will need to maintain your plants and trim off all the shit that isn't going to produce anything substantial. :)

CLEAN you LOWERS! Not keeping them clean and spraying could lead to mold.

did you not see the members warn each other to turn off porch lights before spraying BT? we're taking this shit very seriously. thank you for opening our eyes to the danger of water.

Well guys if you fallowed me on the Bud worms thread you'd know I sprayed last night with BT ( 4 gallons ) to be exact. I placed a fire extinguisher by the door of my GH for sunrise and as soon as the sun came up around 6ish I was out there feet planted extinguisher ready for the flames to start blazing, Thank god for fans because the water must have evaporated. I was worried for a second there !!
