just to let you know.....alot of rippers come equipt with firearms. 2 of my buddies got shot in their legs over trying to fist fight a ripper.....one got shot in both legs and the other still has a .380 slug lodged in his left shin to this very day.

Yeah and on top of that a lot of the guns these guys got are stolen black market pieces that they feel ALOT more comfortable using on sombody because it's not gunna be traced back to them provided they're wearing gloves

Fuck idk what to do now.FYI the fact that you have a firearm and a MMJ card is enough for a charge. I would REALLY consider keeping quiet on your garden protection methods guys. That is a FEDERAL charge you COULD be pegged with.

ll, you could do that and it would help, but you still have to feed chelated nutes (chemical) because you can't switch to organics now, your microbes are all dead. So your still gonna have to flush good and hope for the best.....still not gonna be nearly as good as organics. Nice lookin plants though for sure.

Hey wheezer u mind tellin the totes or container brand u store these dried giants in b4 trimming? I think I got the run down; trim to 3 foot branches, hang dry, store and trim at my leasure is what I believe I read somewhere in here from you. Also any other tips for the lone trimmer out there?

The people in Sac that are fighting the court case at the moment killed (shot) the guy in the yard......after beating him with a blunt object. You are going to have a hard time winning a case where your person or family aren't in danger. Even if you win you still could catch a federal case for having a firearm while holding a MMJ card. That's just how it is.
I am not telling you guys what you should or should not do to protect your crops. Just advising you what NOT TO SAY ONLINE about protecting them.
I'm not inviting rippers by any means. All I have to say is don't get caught in my yard. If the 3 dogs don't catch you I will be there to make sure you either leave hastily or stay and wait for the police.

can a caregiver whos not a medical patient himself have firearms to protect ones self and property??? if so i wont renew my card and ill pick up another patient instead if that means i can legally bear arms

Sure if you want to make yourself a target for LEO. Just think for a second. Some think that having a MMJ card protects them from prosecution but the Feds can EASiLY spin that case to make it a MMJ/Gun Control stating that not all MMJ cardholders are legitimate patients and go after you on the Federal charges. That case now sets precedent for other cases......... Just gets all bad from there.

That guy has a prior conviction (*cough FresnoFarmer Cough*) and the letter that the ATF put out states that any use of a controlled substance disqualifies you for gun ownership.

I live without fear of that crap. Unless your growing weed for others why worry? If your growing for personal gain then you deserve to be imprisoned. Ganja is not a tool like that.
I personally smoke over 5 pounds a year. Haven't had a sober day since i started growing, I have ran out of my own weed many times though.

i think they just dont want people being under the effects of weed while handling guns so if i just legally grow it for patients and im not a felon and i dont smoke it recreational or medically then why wouldn't i have access to my second amendment rights

theres lots of people without the ability to grow there own medication and they cant afford to pay the prices from the clubs and thats were caregivers like me come in, we provide them quality medication for compassionate prices and almost a quarter of there years worth of medication is given to them for the work they put into the garden aswell as the extra space there card allows. and your gunna say i deserve to be imprisoned because i also make extra off of the work,time and, MONEY i put into all there medication. yet all my patients are more than blown away by what i give them and how affordable there medication is compared to the clubs
