I thought so...I find it strange that someone would say that they friend has his third charge with a pistol as a felon and not having anything to worry about...sounds like a lie or somebody working for them folks.. a felon getting caught with 3 pistol charges on his jacket is not just walking away unless they doing some talking.

lmao you must have never been in the system bro.....it doesn't work like it is "supposed" to........They drop charges if they don't have "sufficient" evidence......once again, what were you saying??

When I was a kid, I oh so very badly wanted a blunderbuss. They're still available as a blackpowder arm. i might get one, load it with table salt and Skittles, and shout "Avast!" at houseflies. lol cn

No I have never been in the system.. how do you get charges dropped being a felon and caught with a firearm ?????

this I got to hear.

you cut deals, plea bargains.. never sign the first one they offer, so they will be like, "so you plead guilty now to the felony possession we will drop the gun charge" happens all the time

You get charges dropped if the firearm is not caught in your possession and they have no physical evidence and/or witness testimony proving the said firearm was in your possession......Welcome to the Fresno Superior Court system.......And I know the law very well.....and I also am aware that I got caught with 3 firearms physically in my possession so there is no use in taking that case to the box(even though I contemplated it)

Just to let some of you guys know, they have this "thing" in prison and jails across CA called law library where you can study the law for hours on end.....I was there every day.
