HEAT BURN, NUTE BURN, Too Much Light...PLEASE HELP!!

What up RIU!!?? Can someone please tell me what is wrong with this little lady. I have four more that are a little younger and are already showing the same signs of this one. I am using t5hos. I have a 4ft 6 bulb set up but I am only running 4 of the bulbs right now (20k lumens) and the light is roughly 8 inches away from the tops. I germed them in MG and then was told that was too strong for seedlings so I transplanted into topsoil/perlite mix with no added or continous release nutrients. temps in the cab are steady around 81 with lights on, 77 with lights off 18/6. why are you giving nutes to a seedling? let them establish themselves.. she may just be a bad seed.. Had an Agent Orange I wanted to pull 4 months ago... she was just sitting there then slowly she grew into a freaking 6ft male

The cotyledons are yellow. what is your EC? The leaves are displaying either phosphorous deficiency or lockout. Initially high levels pf phiosposrous are neecded for root growth. Its looks starved man! Ease back on the lights. 8" Is way to close. Move them to about 24". would recommend a flush with plain distilled. Wait 2 days and then feed 1/4 strength with a fertilizer higher in phosporous and potassium. Gradually raise EC/ppm. dOn't start at like400 start at 100 or so then resh water, then raise it by 50 ppm. You should stat to see new growth within 4 days. The most important thing is to be patient and not expect results instantly. Perlite dries out FAST and if you have nutes in it it will burn the shit outta your plants or lockout nutes. But deinitely move the light up. It is way to close.

Yeah, bro...huge noob mistake. When I realized it through help from RIU, I immediately transplanted them. this was the soil that I used:




I tried to take as little of the MG soil that was in the Solo cups when I transplanted. I did the transplant 3 days ago.

I'd be lieing if I said I knew what 'EC' or 'PPM' meant, I am a complete noob and have not got into all that in my research yet. I am also on a tight budget. I flushed when I transplanted 3 days ago. I also raised the lights today, they are up to 20" away from the tops now. Below is a pic of the lights and another pic of the soil I used when I transplanted. I believe the soil does not have any added nutrients to it like MG, it is just plain Top Soil with some perlite mixed in. Actually more like 70% of the perlite and 30% of the Top Soil.

Any 'non-complex' advice you could give would be much appreciated. I do have a moiisture, ph, and light meter; so I am regulating the PH of the soil and water (keeping it at about 6.5). And I have definately noticed that the Perlite dryes out almost instantly, so I have been paying attention on not letting them dry out too much. Thanks a ton for the help and more than appreciate anything more you can give!!
