Snorting weed does get you high

Hmmmm I eat a good 8th raw every day ... I actually like the taste of most strains when they are ripe. I have a nasty bit of progressive bone disease and raw cannabis helps loosen up the joints whereas if you process heat/fats) it first and eat it, just totally different.

Before I had tolerance built up I would eat it right off the plant and catch a good buzz.. and don't know why one wouldn't.. people have eaten hash for thousands of years, I wouldn't want to be the one to tell Twain he wasn't catching a buzz.

If I only had a little, I'd smoke it.. but when I have as much as I want, and awful lot of it get's eaten relatively fresh.. it is horrid trying to eat after any kind of drying has taken place.

That's just me.. everyone else's own mileage may vary.
like iv already stated there is SOME ready to metabolize thc in raw bud but not as much as thca... there are also lots of other cannabinoids in cannibis that could contribute to the effects your talking about.

but in general if your goal is to get high eating raw bud should not even be on your option list. and also hash a concentrate of the thca and thc so yeah it will get you high but would get you more high if the thca was heat activated

Keepitcoastal.. I wish I could get high anymore.. I still can get fuzzy, but my tolerance is such that I can't remember the last time I got good and stoned..

Like I say, I have found cannabis has these wonderful anti inflammatory (as in you can see and feel and measure) properties that don't seem to be effective at all smoking, and hardly effective at all eating in a processed butter or the likes.

In fact it very well could be because you can eat more of it (and not get wasted) and get whatever is working, get more of it in your system.

I just do it because it works. But back in the day, ya, right off the plant for a good buzz during harvest... chuck a Corona type beer on top and it gives it this perfect skunky flavor that makes you want more and more. Of course I don't drink anymore.. but you know..

i've forgotten what a surfactant is, but i'm not so dumb as to think that my plant will shrivel and burn if i get water on their fan leaves during the heat of the day.

im very interested in what your saying for its medical values! it sounds too me there may be another cannibinoid in some strains that works as a strong anti inflammatory but as you said only when raw so obviously the active compound is destroyed with heat id love to see testing on what specifically has those effects but i highly doubt it is thc... there are somthing like over 70 other cannibinoids in marijuana that we dont fully know the effects yet

I never said that I make a habit out of eating buds.. I did it once as a dare/expirement like 2 or 3 years ago. I wouldnt do it again.. its a waste of weed.

And if you spray leaves during full sun, it can concentrate the light and create hotspots on the leaves... Im sure anyone can confirm this.

yeah but you're old lol. a surfactant decreases the surface tension. I foliar feed every morning in full sun at 80 something degrees and my leaves look alright to me.

I agree. This theory is very intruiging.

OMFG you have never grown outdoors successfully, have you?

it's going to be 80 degrees and sunny tomorrow, i'm going to go outside and soak my leaves for you and show you what bad advice you are peddling.

you are out of your fucking element, kaendar. shut the fuck up.

Keepitcoastal..

Well, I had to get off the morphine so I started trying to figure out the best way with the cannabis.

I found eating it raw helped the most.

It doesn't work that day.. if I have totally been dry, it takes 2-3 days of daily eating to actually have the bone loosening effect. It also takes 2-3 days to wear off once you stop eating it.

I have all these prosthetics, you can actually see the difference in them from nothing in the system, to the cannabis in the system a few days later. The swelling goes down, redness/heat goes away.. I can start to function again.

---

Ya, I'm certain it has nothing to do with THC ... well, other than I always figured THC was the kicker that made everything work.. like that vicodin makes you feel like you drank a 6 pack when you only had a few sips of one beer kind of thing.

The THC is not an anti inflammatory, but it might be what kicks in the extra juice to make the smaller amounts of cannibinoids more effective.. or something like that.. I dunno.. just guessing with what I have had my hands on over the years.

youv been misinformed as usual... what you may have actually heard was oil based sprayed that use stuff like canola oil or anything OIL based with work like a magnifying glass and burn your leafs because it wont dry off alot of the time for hours

Now you have to make that video. Nothing less will suffice!!
