please suggest some afforfable ph testing equipment for color vision deficient people

I have color vision deficiency and not able to distinguish several shades of colors.. not color blind, but deficient.

Which is why I was bad at chemistry lab stuff that used colors... it can be a real hassle. So those color based ph tests are not for me.

What is a good ph testing kit for people like me.. something affordable and stays in calibration.

I am using soil with home made potting mix.

I use a hanna ph pen , digital readout , adjusts for temp., waterproof, had it for about a year without any problems. The cost was around $50Can on Ebay.

Get a pH pen. Can be found on amazon for like $20. There's better options, but you get what you pay for.

I am color blind as well, just get a digital meter, they make them for water and for soil. lol Come on bro

If I were colorblind I would buy one of the best digital pH testers available - if I were growing hydro. In soil? That's getting a little bit picky. I'm not colorblind and never use a pH meter for anything.

they have ph probes for soil at about every garden center....they also have the water ph pens at any aquarium center. buy one

I read bad reviews for the probes type that goes into the soil.
