I would guess that everyone's understanding would be different depending on how they view the case. I personally feel that no matter "who" it is, whether it be to block others from making money on it or whatever it is just plain wrong if your going to get incentives. I read that (and won't comment* on what looks like a very, very conservative-oriented website), and the only commercial product i saw was that T-shirt about Zimm. Not part of the trademark. Considering that if merchandising were the prime motive, the time to move would have been months ago ... I see no evidence aside from the article's snidery and innuendo that money was any motive here. cn
