mad farmer oxygenator on soil?

Can you use mad farmer oxygenator on soil? seen websites that say no and seen ones that recommend it...
A buddy bought me a Gallon without looking into it first, my fault I did briefly mumble something about maybe getting some H2o2.

I just got some on accident to in 3 weeks when my plants finish and i start veg again I will try it see if it has any negative effects
