How old are your plants.. 7 weeks? They look to be in good shape. It seems they are in the same container though... I'm a first time grower, so I don't know if that may be an issue later.. (though you may not have a choice to separating them. you don't wanna rip too many of their roots)
How much height do you have in your grow area? Are you limited for vertical space? And do you have enough lights? Most of my plants grew during flowering (Two of my females almost doubled in size). Does your budget allow for more lighting, if needed?... I'm sure a more experienced grower will shed some knowledge... =) Best of luck on your grow!

Wut up man, ok to answer your questions there in 9 weeks of veg under 4 4ft flos, i have about 7-10' of height and about 4ft width all the way through. Yea they are in same container but if male pops up outta the 3 then ill cutem down. Also gota 400watt hps on deck ready to flower so thats why im asking.
Yo DeeTee, The strain is white widow. There not in flowering yet stil veg mode and the cycle is on 18/6.

its really preference, do you want 4 big plants that put out 3-4 oz each or do you want 15 plants that put 1 oz each. i've done both and i had better luck with the 15 plants. lighting and how much room you have determines alot

Sorry for the late reply... Again, you're plants are lookin good! That 400wHPS will definitely do the trick for flowering...wish I had one of those..
...And basically Ringsixty and stuccodude answered your question already, yes you can start flowering...It just depends how much larger you want your plants to grow. I started my 12/12 after 8 weeks of vegging...to be honest, I wish I would have waited another 6-8 weeks...but my grow is coming along okay, considering it's my first. You have sufficient lighting and space, so you're pretty much good to go whenever you'd like.. =D
