New pathogens pop up all the time. It can't be proven that Aids was natural, but I doubt it was tweaked. Such a slow, poorly-transmitted virus makes a lousy instrument of policy. cn

But why would they release cures for the disease they let out? If I invented that disease with the intention of wiping out some of the population, I would have kept the cure to myself in case I got the flu.

I guess it could be a possibility. It sounds like a good scam too, but it's just hard to believe without proof.
