How to add more cfls to already crowded tent????

Hello Ladies n Gents... I have a question i couldn't find an answer to in the forum. I'm using a 3' x 2.5' x 5' tent that has 3' 4 lamp t5 and about 6 cfls shining on White Widow, GD Purp, Durban Poison, Jack 33, some strain of Skunk and another strain of Kush... My question though has to do with how to get more lights on the middle section of my babies.. At 46 days into flower as u can imagine the tent is overwhelmed, I'm looking for maybe an accessory bar or some thing to hook across front 2 bars of tent frame so i could clamp more cfls to direct at center of plants, but I havent come across anything yet... Im at the point where I would like to Macgyver something but I thought I would start here... Thanks in advance any help is greatly appreciated...

Maybe upgrade to higher wattage cfl's? Say a 125watt or 200watt hanging above and low watt cfls for side light supplementation?

That tent would be ideal for an 8-tube T5. Read the "LED without LEDs" thread for how to gain even better efficiency. cn

Thanks for the quick replies... After this harvest im adding another 4x4x6 tent so I'll def be looking into hps for flower on that one but this one im hoping another 3 weeks of flower for Jack and Durban but I would love to be able to add some more cfls to shine on the center to make the most of the 3 weeks or so ill be running them... Im thinking now just a piece of pvc and some duct tape might do the trick... Any worries with using pvc inside the tent?

Soft or hard pvc? Some of the soft stuff has phthalate plasticizers which are startlingly toxic to green plants. cn

PVC should be fine as long as you get NSF-PW. It'll say it right on the pipe. If it only says DWV I'd recommend against it if it says both it'll be fine though. Edit: PW-potable water DWV-drain wast vent the DWV is aerated so it's lighter but can off gas at low temps relative to NSF-PW.
