Deal with what you got to work with. Jimmy Carter is trying to do that. What I think would be funny as hell is if He Accomplished what no one has been able to in 50 years.

And Vi, as far as what the thread is about, Med is correct, the title says Worst President in US History... It's not titled, Jimmy Carter, ex-president, Piece of shit.

What, exactly, is Jimmy Carter accomplishing ... other than bringing legitimacy to a terrorist organization. Even Hamas has stated over the past few days that Carter has done exactly that.

Last time I checked, Hamas was the party voted in by the palestinian people. Remember when we said " have elections and we will recognise the party elected", when we were trying to get rid of Arafats regime? Well guess what, they voted and Hamas won. Now they are terrorists. Go Figure.

Nothing Yet, but at least he's trying to do something.... By virtue of the Fact that Hammas Won a democratic election makes them a Legit Government, like it or not... BTW quit the babe in the woods routine, Israel's hands aren't so clean, they commit just as many terrorist acts as the Palestinians, it just the mentality of Israel can do no wrong is why it never hits the mainstream news.

If Bush would have got off his ass and started the Talks with ALL PARTIES INVOLVED, he may have got something accomplished.

To Date, George W Bush is by far a worse President than Carter.

I dislike Abe Lincoln.

There was nothing in the Constitution prohibiting secession. His actions greatly strengthened the reach of the Federal government, a legacy we are living with today. He pretty well killed federalism as it was known by the Founders.
