Thanks everyone! In 2 weeks ill be flipping the blackberry, and will start tent vegging another Vortex in my 3rd tent "cell".
3 tents, 4 weeks apart, in rotation! Finally going to be perpetual...

dude, your going to love it....i am doing the same, but now i am going as far as keeping them only 2 weeks apart....constant fun.......i hate waiting......and if you have a run that you are not totally satisfied with, the next one is just around the corner!

Yap! thats what im working towards as well. 6 tents, haha. Its just a working progress... only get so much hobby money.

So the Chernoybl seeds that i started are actually on some friends (ommp) property. They needed some good plants to run outdoor, and i needed to be able to pheno hunt a 10 pack. So i got them started, then 3 weeks ago we planted them in the ground in there new home. I visited them 2 weeks later (last weekend 6-16-12) and they were already doing well.

One seed of the 10 just wasnt growing, so we tossed it. So we have 9 plants. We dug 30gal holes and filled them with a good local organic mix. Planted 5 plants in holes, and are keeping the other 4 in tubs till we figure out who our ladies are... If we have males in the ground, they'll come up and we'll transplant a female from a tub into the hole. Should be able to start seeing some pre-flowers soon i think...

In fact here is the lucky girl now, she"ll get a 10gal smarty and grow cell somewhere around the 6th or 7th of July...
All growing tips have been stripped from the ground up, leaving her four mains. These will go to the corners forming my square, and they will start they're training here pretty quick.

So legit! I can't wait for mine to be perpetual! I'm thinking about scrog but It seems difficult to perpetuate scrog. Any tips would be nice!

Hey nug! So ill be in yellowstone till the 7th. Got a good friend adding my water only to my girls till then. Anyway, I ended up getting 3 girls with my 5 pack of vortex. Seemed to be a space queen don, a 50/50, and an A13 dom girl. I was looking for the
A13 high, with more fruit... I thought for a while that my 50/50 girl was it, but then i just got hooked on smoking the A13 don one! So I decided to run them both with super soil in my tents before I make my final decision, as my test run was in 1 gals, and not SSoil. So the bigger vortex is the A13 dom, and the newest is the 50/50. So we will see. I actually started to get a little yellowish-ness on my bigger girl, before I left... Maybe too much ss? Got it at a 50/50 ratio on there, but she is in a 10, so maybe it was too much. We'll see when I get back how's she's doing. Kind of scary, to leave her, but with water only, theres not much to go wrong.

Ok so I had a brain fart... The yellowish Ness I'm sure now was from the fact that I thought my waters PH was good when in fact in was around 7.5-8 in the beginning. Sense, I have relized this rookie mistake, and have been adding apple cider vinegar to lower it to 6.5 ish. I'm sure that is whyvshe was not getting all she needed, and hence was yellowish-ING.
Lesson- don't assume things are good. KNOW they are.

i thought the super soil buffered ph on its own. didnt think you needed to ph water before watering.

thought you could just bubble water for acouple days and then water accordingly

Yeah, its best to get it in good range though. ive heard multiple meteors of mine say so, including i believe Sub. Seems to be better for me if i do.

Vortex 40 days. I guess i didnt have enough S.Soil in this girl. But its funny, its a 10gal smarty, at 50% S.Soil. So the next one im going like 60%-65%.

Are you still using NEWS in your scrog technique? I just posted some pics of my first two scrogs. I'm looking to build 4 more to have a 6 scrog perpetual grow, harvesting two every three weeks.

I get excited to see how my first few scrog grows will be every time I check this thread. How do you like jillybean?
