Hello Forum members. I'm new to this forum and seeking advice about the female seed company. I plan to puchase thru Sea of Seeds. I feel SOS has a very good reputation from observing discussion in this forum. I plan to purchase female beans and wonder if any one has ever purchase seeds from Female Seeds? Are their seeds reliable and worth buying? I've notice their prices are fair, or should I maybe should purchase another breeders seeds? Any seeds thru Female that I should stay away from or any seeds recommended? Any advise from members would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, JJFW

Female seeds are very reliable...C99, Bubblgummer, black widow, grapefruit are all good !!!

I've grown their Neville's Haze. Mine was very hardy, easy to grow, but long to flower. I think I had an older strain...but its great stuff.
I also have a Pure AK in flower now. It was nice in veg and the first 3 weeks of flower, but for some reason has been dropping fan leaves almost daily since. I've tried several remedies to no avail. I have two clones outside for the fall season so maybe she will redeem herself.

I had a bad experience with their grapefruit and pure ak. Both were very sensitive to light and heat even in veg. The leaves were curling up at 83 to 85 degrees while the other plants around them were fine. My packs were both labeled for indoors too because they also sell packs for outdoor only. They now look like shit in flower because 100% of their main fan leaves are burnt or have problems.
I would give them one more shot before I give them the big X tho.

I ran the Bubblegummer and Pure Ak for a while. Hard to beat for the price, i would try more FMS strains again.

I bought some C99. The short flowering time looked appealing along with the cheap price. I haven't popped any yet though. I might pop one next time.

my c99 is 45 days in flower and looks awesome, smells like grapefruit and looks like a good yeild and nugs are rock hard

Hey cary...those r the female seeds version right? If so, how long will you let it flower?..Im doing some outdoors and want to cut it when she is perfect...I hear if c99 goes too long its loses something...peace

I won't give these rip off artists a dime. Why would anyone support these clowns? Stealing someone else's genetic is def not new, and at least they are open about it but WHY buy copy cat versions of anything? Oh yeah save a few bucks right. Then end up with hermie's. My Bubblegummer threw nanners week 5 so yes I have experience with their stuff. A real waste. Buy the originals and support the breeders who did all the hard work
I would check my grow area really well. I have never had a hermie from Female Seed Co.
I have bubblegummer running right now. Going on 5 weeks in flower.

Of course it was all my fault. Any time a plant hermies it's grower error right? The other 12 strains in my garden are fine though. I am 8 weeks into flower not another hermie. Real hermie prone stains too like sour d and black widow. Sealed room, co2, 3200 watts i am no newb. Even if it was my fault, I'll take the blame. It was only one free seed, doesnt change the fact these and other 'breeders' are right up there with Arjan stealing genetics and profitting off others hard work. If you take something that doesn't belong to you, its called stealing and you are labelled a thief. Do you think its right that Simon or Shanti spend years developing a strain just to have these guys rip it off and profit off it? Thats not breeding its pollen chucking at its finest. It's all good cause you saved a few bucks. Just my personal opinion.
Well, if we went by that model, there would only be a handful of breeders to buy seeds from, since almost every company is using other people's genetics.
Big difference than just "pollen chucking" since they actually have some uniformity and stability.
Where did your sour d come from? From the main man Chemdawg? Or did someone else take his genetics and make it into seeds/clone for you?

I'm not going to shit on their rep as I haven't bought any of their seeds but could someone confirm or deny that their C99 was crossed with an Auto way back in the line... I read that somewhere when I was doing my last purchases of seeds and I wanted to get as close to the original C99 as possible...
