Throw these kids in the back of a uhaul and drive around for a while. Go watch a movie or something and just leave them in there, maybe spray just enough pepper spray to make it unpleasant and leav em for a while. You will most likely need to cleen the piss off the floor before returning the uhaul.

If you use a booby trap, you can't be charged with Murder! Wire a shotty to a trip wire. 5 years max.

Your all over complicating, you have to get inside his mind. Follow him around late at night screaming. Stand outside for hours, than walk towards the house and disappear in some bushes, every time you see him on the street slow down and drive along about 5metres behind him. Watch him from a distance. And for good measure, do it all in a clown costume XD

Bobbie trap= attempted murder
I knew a guy who rigged a shot gun to the front door of his vacation home by the lake,
he got the burglar,
the burglar got a lawyer and sued the home owner and the home owner got MORE time than the crook!
This is the United States, we can't do that here.

Theres 2 lessons here.

The confusion is, you can booby trap your home, and property. You can't booby trap other peoples' property, or public places. Those who receive life sentences are those who trapped public parks, personal property like cars, and other peoples' homes. One guy went after cops in CA. This is different because UB is not expecting visitors. He is securing an area where NO ONE is expected to be, save UB. Trapping the kids house or car will get you life. Your own property, probation or 5 years MAX. 2 with good behavior...

if you are trespassing-

in the US. most likely you will be injured. see buck. there is a reason for guns, and and a ballsack. its so twelve year olds can't rob you in broad daylight.

for me everything you say is bullshit based on the fact you can't defend your perimeter against children.



when those neighbor kids hear us loose 2500 shells in an afternoon, they just seem to fucking know better. probably it also helps, that when im out mowing my grass, i don't look like mrs doubtfire.

personally IF he was still coming back i would wait for him. run out and grab his ass and put a knife/gun to his head. as long as you dont pull the trigger or cut him you'll both be ok and i dont think he will be coming back. then you can stare him down without breaking eye contact every day after so he remember and gets the point. maybe try locking your greenhouse up after that too...

false.

i went last year without an incident. never even locked my gate. door tot he greenhouse was always open.

the first break in came as a surprise in the night. so i kept things on lockdown at night, knowing that they would want to come back.

to my surprise, the asshats came during broad daylight in the expected time frame, less than a week later.

so now we are on lockdown 24/7. that was two weeks ago. no problems since.

now get back to your micro grow/penis.
