I don't know much about oil & gas sector but I used fake urine for my test. As long as you're not going to be watched by someone while you piss, fake urine is the way to go. If you're gonna be watched then can't tell ya much

Had a buddy go into the Navy Seals and he smoked up until the day before he left. Just lots of water, a healthy diet and some exercise plus a flushing agent, any water soluble vitamin in high doses will work, I prefer a B Complex. Your piss comes out orange if you don't drink enough but he passed every drug test that he came up against.
