I know this title sounds like it doesn't make any sense, but someone told me there was a type of green light that I could use to see my plants during the dark cycle that wouldn't effect them.
The reason I ask is my plants are flowering right now and I have my lights off from 8am to 8pm which works very well during the week because I'm at work & can't mess with them during the day anyways, but on the weekend when I'm home, I would like to be able to get stuff done in there. Lights out during the day also helps with heat issues.
