Help Are My Plants Dying

Help! The story so far: I have 9 plants from seed @ 5 weeks old. I am using hydroponics (rockwool and clay balls)with a dripper system.The plants get dripped on twice a day for an hour. The food i am using is terra vege by canna and has an N.P.K value of 3-1-4. @ week 5 i am feeding them half strength mix. My nutrient tank has no air stone or heater in it yet, i also change my water every two weeks.
The Problem! In the past week the leaves on my plants started to curl up at the tip and at the edges. They also have like a sticky glaze over the leaves. It started on just one plant and now it is starting on the others.

The only thing i have changed about my setup is the lights, i changed it from cf light to a hid light about week 4 into grow.
Could someone please help me? here are some pictures below.

Wow that is a new one, I am real interested in what that problem is. Though it doesn't look fatal. Have you gone through the grow facs plant diagnostic section. Good luck

Shine could be aphid honeydew. You should expect problems until you get your shit together. Get an air pump, tds meter, and some neem oil or SM-90.
