put up a sign that says no trespassing and you cannot be held accountable for someone else breaking the law, better yet their stupidity shouldnt be rewarded with plants, injuries seem more fitting for people as low as this.

Sorry to disappoint you, but putting up a "no trespassing" sign does not relieve you of any liability or criminal charge related to physical harm caused to a trespasser or to anyone who legally enters the property. You can not use deadly force to prevent loss of property. The Nebraskan who rigged a shotgun to the front and back doors of a non-occupied house he owned was sued and lost his home and farm for blowing the kneecaps off a trespasser. He also was criminally charged. Once for the trespasser and once for when the second shotgun went off when the first responding police arrived. Lots of people have the right to enter your property with or without your permission, police responding to a call or serving a warrant, firemen, meter readers, tax accessors, animal control officers, and others. Booby trapping the place is reckless endangerment.
