about 16"+ -Soil? Hydro? What nutrients and how much? How close are they from your 600?
Ah the light green in the center of the leaves. He needs to check the ph first then go from there. He hasn't stated what his ph is at and ph is important when in flower. He stated the plant was doing good until he switched to flower.Looks like they are right on the edge of nute burn. Notice the burnt leaf tips? Also they look to be in the rapid growth/stretch phase of flowering. The new growth is appearing faster than it can produce chlorophyll. I would just go with plain water for a few feeding and watch them. I bet the paleness in the new growth will green up and they will be fine. I wouldnt go chasing any pH or other issues right yet. Other than the pale new growth they look pretty healthy. I see no signs of pH issues or deficiencies. I would try to keep the lights around 20-22 inches above the canopy minimum.....View attachment 2199088View attachment 2199089
i agree, first thing you should invest in is a pH/ppm pen and then a good soil pH meter. i keep 600's 10-12" from the canopy as long as heat is not an issue. good luck.thanks alot i dont know my ph level cause dont have a tester but will get one
the run off test is because I know he doesn't have a soil meter. It will still give him sort of an idea where his ph is at instead of being totally in the dark. As for dolomite lime it should been place in the soil prior to flower. What are you trying to do put his plants in shock? You know as well as I do you shouldn't be transplanting into bigger pots during flower (unless it's extremely necessary).Runoff pH has absolutely zip too do with the mediums actual pH. Anyone that uses runoff pH as an accurate measure of the mediums actual pH is just spinning their wheels and chasing their tails...soil grows that is....
Your growing in soil, save your money on the meter. Spend it on dolomite lime and worm castings. These two things will tend your pH for you. Giving you more time time to pay attention too your plants, not a meter reading........
