Tips on reveg

I harvested my OG18 today and I want to try and reveg it. Should I give it some fertilizer? I have 5-1-1 fish emulsion or should I prune the roots, and transplant in OF? Strong light or just CFL? Thanks for advice from experienced growers. This is what I am working with:

Honestly I've saw plants reveg that people were just to lazy to take care of. This thing literally sat next to their furnace for 2 weeks without water and no real light to speak of. I don't however suggest this method unless someone with more knowledge recommends it. Good luck ~Zomb

p.s. Beautiful flowers bro!

just put her under a floro bulb and fertilize, then wait till you see new growth after about 2-4 weeks depending on strain vigor. OG varieties has strong vigor in general so you should be seeing pods turn into leaves in 2 weeks. When you see the first sign of new growth, trim off the buds that are showing less signs of growth(you can dry and smoke these just like harvesting..it even tastes better and gets you a great body high). This will focus the plants energy on producing 1-5 main stalks(you can manipulate how every many tops you want at this point by the number of buds cut off) as opposed to 25-50 tops if you just let her grow like she is cut now. Each pod on your buds have the ability to become a main stem, with this in mind only 1 bud is necessary for regeneration(although some strains will not tolerate this so make sure you have clones) each bud containing numerous pods. When regenerating you have the likely hood of having a lop sided plant come flower time that could potentially fall over, to avoid this you have to train her as she grows. I love regenerating and its a great way to preserve the genetic health of a strain(numerous cloning of the same plant weakens the strain genetically)

id cut back more of that bud,and leave lik to buds on that plant, and just stick it in the back of your veg room, few weeks later youll see new growth.

I thought I read somewhere this was a myth, providing genetics are solid (I'm guessing the og18 genetics are of quality). Although it is a great alternative if you are unable to clone it.
absolutely not, any organism be it haploid or diploid that carries genetic information can be cloned, but with each cloning the information passed gets "weakened" for lack of a better word. The strain cloned will start to slow their growth over time and become more susceptible to infection of disease. Yes you can continue cloning and cloning and get plants every time, but it will slowly degrade the integrity of your plant increasing the likely hood of disaster. Stabilized genetics in general will last much longer if cloned numerous times but that's not to say it WONT degrade. Ask any long time gardener experienced in replication, they will tell you the same. Now there isnt a set number on how many times you can clone or not clone but just eliminate any possibility by having at least 1 mother of each strain you wanna grow. A mother will produce millions of cuttings with a little love, care, and plenty of pruning.

Looks like you left plenty of growth to start the reveg. I would give one dose of the fish emulsion when starting. Bigger pot,a little root trim, new soil, minimal water for a couple weeks and you should see some new growth. Either light will work just run it 24/7 till new growth starts. Good Luck!
