you think it would be alright to dig a hole in the ground and fill it with that mix??? cuz from what I've read on that its good for poor drainage areas, which is how the surrounding soil is.
well theres already a slight drainage problem in my grow area so i think if its airy it would help out so i don't moisture problems
I'm doing sort of a half guerrilla grow cuz technically its not my property, but the forest is pretty much in my backyard, I found a good clearing about 50 yards into the forest, so its not that far of a walk to bring water. I'm going to get the promix and the rest of my ffof on monday since the hydro shop is closed today, I might have to order the promix cuz i don't know if they will have it.
wait until its in the 90's and 100's and you dont get rain for a week or two. even if you have poor draining soil around your hole, it will dry up as well.
no offense but this mix sucks..if you were to see a plant transplanted into a 1gal container and then become root bound 12 days later you wouldn't be using kellogs any more. I have some plants in that stuff and by far ffof has stomped that soil into the ground. Nothing beats the extra $$ spent on some decent soilI like using Kellog's outdoor/indoor patio plus . It's realyy good stuff and is at a really low price! I like mixing it with super soil Works great for me.
