PLZ HELP! Think my afghak kush ryder is dying or something

Ok so these 3 plants are a 2 weeks and 3 days old ... im not sure whats going on with them.. but i water them they dont perc up no growth is happening and frankly they just look downright unhealthy and im losing my mind as to why

Please just take a look and let me know what you think.. orrrr if this is 100% normal and im just losing my mind then ok but here's the room specs

• The room is 3 feet deep... 5 feet wide and 6.5ft of vertical grow space ... So 3X5X6.5
  The walls are lined with double sided plastic white side visible in the room
  I have a 400W double use MH and HPS fixture
  The closets ventillated by a 4" stealth exhaust fan mounted on the top of the closet( the closet is not connected to the ceiling)
  The closet stays around 78-84 degrees depending on the temp in the house
  Keep the humidity around 50% ( that's the highest I can get it)

Yea there in clear plastic cups inside the styafoam DD cups... fucked up and put em in clear so i had to cover them without changing cups this was the best alternative and yea both cups have drainage holes... should i put more?

no more wholes just water them when they need it, they look very wet to me.

Nah definitely not feeding them yet as it stands im trying a new 100% organic soil this time called sunshine advance mix 4 usually used foxfarm ocean soil with perlite mix but this time its very hard to tell when that stuff needs to be watered so i watered them yesterday not gonna water them again til tuesday id say just to let it completely dry out

Time to start feeding veg nutes and reduce watering.

Totally agree about giving them nutes, my last grow I used the sunshine advance mix 4 and started feeding after 1 week as I was using H&G nutes. This time around I went for the foxfarm ocean forest and the little ones seem to love it. I had a lot of PH problems using the sunshine mix, so I opted to go with foxfarm and so far so good.
