1st Grow, All help/comments welcome! 3x La Diva 3 Green-o-matic auto's

Greetings peeps, i germinated 3x delicious seed's la diva and 3 Greenhouse G-o-M all feminised auto's, all 6 of them have popped and sprouted, hopefully the rest of my grow goes with the same success, i have been looking about the sites for a year, trying to gain as much info as possible, but there is no substitute for experiance, so please post if you think i can improve or im not doing something important.

Im currently running them 20/4 under a MH conversion bulb in my 250w Hps, i have both a dual freq hps and a normal hps bulb that i hope to change to when they start showing flowers , i also have ordered a 150 cfl dual freq light which i may add to my box when it comes this week.

AIR

I have 2 100mm in line shower fans , they arent running justnow (should they be?) as i think it would drop the humidity lower than it should be, i bought a cheap ass temp/humidity gauge from china but dont think its very accurate! might need to invest in something decent. i have also bought a carbon filter that should be coming with the cfl later this week.

Thanks MM , i have general hydroponics floragro and flora micro and i also have biobizz biobloom, but people tend to have different views on what to use for auto's, i think ill mostly be using the biobloom, but any advice on it is appriciated, just watering justnow as the 75% compost should have the nutes for a few weeks anyway.

me,personally,,pull the lot and start a normal 12-12 from seed autos suk,,plus your 250 aint gunna be enough light for 6 ul be disapointed

im not a auto lover but for the cost of electric and yeild i really would do a 12-12 from seed, but like i said i fucking hate auto's as one man descirbed them,,watered down genetics

i just cant undertsnad y anyone would spend the money one 24-0 light schedule for not nearly a good yeild

Doing 20/4, i wasnt expecting all six seeds to germinate, not got my hopes up anyway as the GOM are poor yielders even for autos. I have strawberry cough seeds but i chose to do autos so i can get weed fast!!! As soon as theyre done and iv got a stash im gonna scrog sativa's.
Thanks for the advice tho! I know where ur comming from with the watered down generics.

Yeah , got one big 125w one comming,dont know if theyre any good but cant do any harm! ill post a pic of it belo. so will just add that for the flowering part and change my bulb on the hps,hopefully get some nice nugs. just wish i could fast forward 2 months! if the clf gets me an extra 3 or 4 gram on my buds then its paid for itself!!!

Nice setup gander. Autos still are some pretty potent smoke so I wouldnt be too worried about it. Lots of people are just doing 12/12 from seed to get some quick harvests in, many with some pretty impressive results. Might be something to look into.

How is your ventilation? I used that refletix for my walls and it raised my overall temps by 5 degrees or more. But my grow space is quite a bit smaller than yours.

Thanks stone! Is it autos or photo's that are 12/12 from seed? Sounds interesting ill defo look into it! Iv not really got my fans going on any schedule yet, just give them a blast occasionally, my thinking was the humidity should be higher during seedling? My temps are good, its in my garage and it pretty cold here still. I have 2 shower extractor fans, they move a lot of air, ill post pics when im home an inlet and an outlet, i may add another fan later just to get my light closer to the plants! Do u think i should have the fans on a schedule justnow or wait till they are a bit bigger? Thanks man!!!!

Ya sorry I guess I didnt sound too clear on that lol. Autos flower regardless of light pattern, they just flower when ready. 12/12 from seed is with reg seed, just start em right out at 12/12 and they finish in 50-70 days total.

I would just keep an eye on your temps and when your plants get bigger run your vent constantly, they need the air exchange.

Gander don't take any notice of IC3M4L3, your doing the right thing and going the right direction for your first grow,we have all been there before for our first grow and dont wont to fuck up, these little ladies dont need a lot of feed and fuss,Firstly GOM is probably the best auto out there, i was totally surprised how good this strain is, just check out some smoke reports for these, puts some strains to shame,2nd 250w is ample for the size of your grow box and autos.

Thanks gnasha , yeah, my good buddy gave me some of his green-o-matic and i found it to be a great social happy stone! aiming for an 1 oz dry of gom and 1 oz dry of la diva , anything else will be a blessing! if i fuck up and get nothing i will actually cry!!!!!

Greetings all, update, leafs a little bigger, its getting warmer (heatwave!) so iv timed my inlet fan to a blast a few times per cycle just to keep the heat down.(it was hitting 29 degrees C. My carbon filter And my 150w clf both came today, no plan to use either for the next few weeks, carbon filter is massive! only for a 100mm duct but its huge!!!!

DAY 14

All my babys doing ok, heatwave here so temps are reaching 31 o C at high times, dropping to bout 23 at night, got the intake fan running at around 25% of the light time, the occasional 30 min blast to get some cooler air in. one of my lil ladys is looking a slight bit yellow? any idea what the prob is? im feeding them 6.7ph water, a drip or 2 of GH micro and Grow (about 0.5ml per litre twice in last week) apart from that their looking good,they all have had the same light/water/air, so not too concerned,but if anyone has any tips on how to help her please let me know.
