so you think smoking and driving is anything like drunk driving i take it?? i've been driving high for over 20 years and have never, not a once gotten into a single accident while stoned..
so who's life am i endangering while driving stoned again as i fail to see it?? now, if i were to drink about 3 or 4 beers and try to get behind the wheel, then it;s game over, running over curbs, speeding, failure to maintain a lane, etc, etc...
please stop spreading bs and saying driving stoned is dangerous please... what's the worst that has happened to me?? i may have stopped at a few stop signs and waited for them to turn green, big deal...

No, i don't think its any thing like DUI , i think stoning yourself while in dangerous environment - driving on the road, is bringing you one step closer to the disaster. you can still drive safe, good for you. you can drive with your feet and stay safe too, just not a good idea.

I got pulled over for speeding while smoking a J - like the police officer walked up and I was holding onto it still. After passing the intoxication roadside test he gave me a ticket for possession and let me go on my way. Turns out the pot charge actually saved me quite a bit of money over the speeding ticket Not that I condone speeding. Or smoking while you drive I guess. And perhaps doing both at the same time is a double no no.

I do think the concept is cool but The problem is the fireworks. I think meth guys would like a container with seperate water tight compartments 1 for their dope and one with bleach or something. Pull the pin and the bleach floods the whole deal they may wonder why you were carrying bleach but there is no law against it. Problem is they wouldnt buy it due to paranoia so it would be a waste of time to market. Someone would just figure out a diy method of the project anyway. I would love to invent something and be rich though.

i agree that the idea is solid, just the way they went about it is all off imo... too many things that put up big red flags like a big flaming container.. and how on earth would you use it when the cops are walking up to the car and not have them see some big red flair going off??

oh yeah? where's that? here some states have harsh sentences (usually backwards ass redneck states) but they certainly don't impose them . You say minimum sentence 3 years, what amount? We have states here that don't even consider amounts, if you have a roach you may as well have a pound.
