The 16th Amendment was passed so that corporate property income could NOW be taxed with an excise tax, IF the property income was connected to a corporate activity.
Change the order of the amendment around a little and it reads; The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes without apportionment, from whatever source derived, among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration. On incomes, without tax apportionment. What incomes can be taxed without apportionment? Income from corporate privilege can be taxed without apportionment because the tax is an excise tax. Or to make it simpler yet, have the amendment read -power to lay and collect excise taxes on corporate incomes. That is really what it is saying.The 16th amendment is worded to deceive people into thinking that the Constitution was changed. But the Supreme Court has ruled many times that the 16th amendment changed nothing!
A tax on the income from an inalienable right, can only be taxed with a direct tax, and therefore this income would be taxed WITH apportionment.
The 16th Amendment only applies to a tax on corporate incomes not requiring apportionment! If a tax on your income requires apportionment, then it it not subject to the 16th Amendment tax.

Socialism
In Socialist systems, all property, capital and infrastructure (the means of production and distribution) are owned by the state, and administered by the state. Each person in the nation receives what the state believes he deserves based on his needs.
It is NOT intended to be fair or equitable. Marx imagined Socialism as a stepping stone, a halfway point where the proletariat (the peoples) would be instilled with zeal for communist theory, and eventually the state would naturally evolve into a communist state.

Communism
envisioned by Marx as the ultimate form of society, in which all capital, property, and infrastructure would be "held in common" (owned by no-one, and administered by the people without the need for direction) and every person would take whatever he required from the common resources and no more (again without government direction) and contribute to the common resources whatever he could produce by his labours (again without government direction) Under a perfect communist society, government's internal role would be largely advisory, and externally, it would act as the main arm of efforts to share the ideology of communism with any non-communist societies, while protecting the security of the state from external threats.

Capitalism

from the french, literally allow to act. An economic system whereby the actions of entities which own capital property and infrastructure are unrestrained and unregulated, they may operate in whatever manner they wish. An absolutely free market

Democracy
A political form whereby actions of government are solely decided by popular vote

Republic

Even seemingly incompatible ideologies can be implemented together (mixed capitalist and socialist economies in western and northern europe for example) It is useful to note that the names and claims of a government, state or nation may or may not match the actual form they pursue. (the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea is not democratic, a republic or terribly concerned with the well being of it's people)

That's what they do. Are you suggesting that Chris Rock be censored by the government? Boycotted by anyone who finds the word "Crackah" offensive? Maybe we should lynch him? What are you implying?

I fit most people's definition of Hillbilly. does this mean i should wet my overalls and froth at the mouth when Obama insists i cling to muh guns muh bible and muh religion? (protip: some rural people are not jewish or christian, and some dont follow any religion at all)
