lmao. when i was 20 i tripped out and purchased a dented camper van, it exploded, seriously, i failed to put the oil cap back on and it caught fire. thanks
I almost put gas while my car was started and probably would of blew the whole thing up including me and the person waiting inside.
lucky the person turned off the car 2 seconds before I put the gas handle in.

Now I only smoke 1 bowl Maximum if putting gas. no joke.

Your car will blow up if its running while you fill it with gas ?
How's that work ?

Maybe back in the old days when I was younger, but now if I'm not in the car and it's running, theres no chance in hell I'm gonna catch it.

I'm not sure, but the buddy I had in the car with me told me that so i didn't really look it up if it's true? Some other person told me there's a chance of it happening.
If someone can confirm thats dope.

I think it can happen. I helped jump start my brother's dad motorcycle then we went to the gas station so he could get gas, I told him he should turn it off before putting gas in, but he said no so the battery wouldn't die, and nothing happened. lol.

The most likely scenario is if the nozzle was not grounded to the vehicle when you're pumping fuel. In that case the friction of the fuel going through the hose/nozzle can create a static charge (or a charge carried by the person doing the refueling) can arc to the vehicle causing a spark.
I don't know that I've personally ever heard of this happening in the real world, but there's the science behind it.

But if it does happen, here's what you'd look like. :fire:

Enough to cover first and last month of rent plus deposit and enough to cover the first couple of months of rent. I had a bunch of canned and packaged food to last for several months as well. Plus I had enough gas money to last until my first couple of pay checks. Then I played a trick with my bank account. I would always round up when writing a check or using my debit and record the rounded amount in my checkbook. That way I had extra money in my account that I pretended wasn't there. By the time I moved back down to New Mexico, I had over 2,000 dollars extra in my account. Came in real handy. ;)
You moved out and brought a bunch of cat food with you to eat? No wonder you like to cook now.....

About $40,000, and I'm still in my early 20's... I worked for every dime of it.

Yea, I know you capitalism haters hate that.
