that's not what they argued in the SCOTUS.

please do tell me what penalty one faces for not buying insurance from a for profit, capitalistic insurance company?
A financial penalty which many will opt to pay in order to avoid paying their ever increasing premiums.

i don't know, that's why i asked you for citation. go off and cite what it says will happen, baby einstein.

edit: i actually do know, but i want to drag this out to make you look as retarded as i can here. the burden of proof is on you anyway. you're going to not ever cite what the actual penalty is or be made to look completely retarded. it's win win for me.
LOL, you're not going to bite because you know I am right... WINNING! And I did it without one name called or insult. Thank you for agreeing with me.

just like i predicted, you are refusing to fulfill your burden of proof and saying you are winning. that's not winning, baby einstein.

you are too chickenshit to tell everyone here what the TRUE penalty is for not buying insurance.

hint: it is not getting shot and killed. only uninformed idiots or lying cowards believe that.

30+ million people is 'a very small number of people'?

your penis must be described as exceedingly small then.
47 million uninsured
14m eligible for existing programs
9.1m have household income >75k
3-5m in between jobs
10m are non citizens

10m lack insurance on a consistent basis.

Thats about 2.5% of the population.

2.5% that can still go to free clinics all around the country, 2.5% that can still go to the ER and rack up a huge bill and simply not pay it because it doesn't effect their credit or work with a counselor at the hospital to simply get the bill removed cause they can't afford it, healthcare is not lacking in america, that is a complete farse, Obamacare is a scam and nothing more.

I bet the percentage of uninsured increases more than it is now under Obamacare with the increase in premiums already shown in Massachusetts.

What a failure President, running on a failed healthcare plan.

I thought we just answered this? you will be fined but still have insurance coverage , which means there is no way to get around paying a company for a service. That doesn't sound like freedom to me.

Not to mention the increase in adverse selection due to high premiums for healthy young people. The whole purpose of individual mandates will backfire. Lulz.

ROTFLMAO... well, come on. I made a statement, you disagree with it. It's not my fault you're not smart enough to understand that I am referencing historical events, you're just too skeered to tell me what the penalty is because you know that to follow it out to it's final conclusion is the same as Ruby Ridge, Waco, Kent State, Wounded Knee, et al.

the whole purpose is to get everyone in the pool, which is the mechanism by which insurance works.

show me any country that insures all of their citizens for less than what we pay to cover some of our citizens and does so without a mandate. i expect that you'll produce me a good list. get cracking.

deflection won't save you here, baby einstein.

you made a claim and now the burden of proof is on you. all you need to do, if your claim is true, is to cite the legislation.

so what are you scared of? i predicted you would be too chicken shit to cite your claim, i was right, too.
