Many Obama supporters will be happy too since they will view this win as further proof of division among conservatives. i'm just happy that Paul's message is growing in popularity :)
The Republicans are the only one, of the two major parties, that has any hope for redemption. The tea party jerked them up by the short hairs, and Ron Paul is forcing them to pay lip service to what they claim to support. The social conservatives have pretty much taken over the Republican party and turned it into the party of God, which is a losing proposition in the 21st century.

If Ron Paul and the libertarians throw the election to Obama, then I will be content; the Republicans need to understand that they won't win this election without libertarian support, and the coming elections will only get worse. The Democrats have nobody pushing them to their supposed roots, so they are toast in the long run as they drift through socialism to full-blown communism.

I can agree with that; right now republicans are having a schism about ideology while the democratic party is still function as a whole.

The health care system would force everyone to buy health insurance. Since it is forced that makes it a tax. People forced to pay for the production of goods or service is socialist.

State socialism to be more precise

that's not what they argued in the SCOTUS.

please do tell me what penalty one faces for not buying insurance from a for profit, capitalistic insurance company?

Well good for them, who is they

AP reports that “4 million Americans — the vast majority of them middle class — will have to pay the new penalty for not getting health insurance when President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul law kicks in, according to congressional estimates released Thursday. The penalties will average a little more than $1,000 apiece in 2016

So even if you don't want to pay it the government will take it out of your pocket and pay for you. or you will go to jail

Health Insurance is not Healthcare, we already had healthcare for everyone. Obama selling us out to insurance companies on the lie of "healthcare for all americans" is complete BS. American Public once again bought and sold to coporate interest.

Just follow it out to it's logical end. If one refuses to pay, what happens?
i don't know, that's why i asked you for citation. go off and cite what it says will happen, baby einstein.

edit: i actually do know, but i want to drag this out to make you look as retarded as i can here. the burden of proof is on you anyway. you're going to not ever cite what the actual penalty is or be made to look completely retarded. it's win win for me.

A very small number of people don't have health insurance which is one of the many reasons why individual mandates are silly.
