depends on strain and growing conditions,some times not much,others alot maybe 2xs or more

yes rule of thumb double but Sativas will triple plus some.the more Indica the rule of thumb.
Depends a lot on how long you veg. If you are in a hurry and try to veg for just 3 or 4 weeks most plants will pretty much double in height.
But if you veg for 5-6 weeks or more look for maybe 50% increase in size.
First thing I would do is a hand test. Turn your hand over so the back is toward your light and move your hand towards the light. When you can feel
the heat on your hand, that is as close to the light as you want your plants to get. Step back and eyeball the distance from the floor to your maximum
height. Remember to subtract the height of the pot and you can see 50% of the growing room. Veg 'til your plant is that size.
