Yeah missos been on me case to lose a bit of me gut so im trying to cut back but i told her if i cant speed diets work really quick.

Yeah was packing on a bit meself a few months ago,now I'm about halfway back to where I was before but I can't say it was hard for me to lose it. Putting it on was hard for me lol

I think most people go up n down.. I try and stay evenish, but big weekend blowouts on the Pre Mix's, Pizza's etc etc.. After a month I think righto Detox time..
No more beer for at least 2 weks.. hehehe...

3 1/2 weeks into flower they are looking awesome, then POw..!!!
A few guys said chop it down and I almost did, but on closer inspection they all have little ones (Not many mind you)...
So I ended up getting some BudWise (Some guys said it's a waste of money) but I thought I'll give it a crack anyway..!!!
There's fuck all of em and I've just picked em off and I'm gonna spray em tomorrow..!!!
