Loud airflow noise, Heat Problem

the noise of the air coming from my wall kinda loud so i play music or have the TV on how could i muffle it
i also still have heat problem as high as 95-100
i use gorilla tape to seal up the ducting to stuff should i change it with duct?
im running outta ideas

you can but or make mufflers for the fan. You might need a bigger fan if temps are high. Need alot more info on your setup to be sure.

I would recommend insulated ducting, it acts like a muffler and keeps the heat inside the duct. I installed some in my tent and it cut the noise down at least 50%.
