Lets say you have 2 E&F tables sharing a 70 gallon res. There is one pump for each table.
If you turn both pumps on at once, you just half-fill both tables, which does nothing, since the plants are suspended above the bottom.
Basically you want:
Pump 1: 15 on
15 off
Pump 2: 15 on
15 off
You could use 2 cycle timers, but since they are analog, if they weren't set exactly the same, the cycles would get slowly out of sink.
Is there some neat way to do this, or do you just have to sit down with mechanical timers and line it up?
