If I switch a month old plant that's been in veg. over to 12/12 will it start budding?

People go 12/12 from seed. Search for the thread called that. The fastest flowering plants are going to be autos that don't need 12/12 to flower.

I grow white widow and only veg for 2 weeks, but it can take it. So the answer is like PIPE DREAM said YES

Ok I have plants outside almost a month old. I'm gonna bring them in and go 12/12 with one at a time.

Unless space is an issue, flowering that quick is not a good idea. Let them veg for at least a few months, your yield will be sooo much more. Bigger the plant, the bigger and more of the buds

if you have the wattage of lights to handle the size of the plant..

Space isn't an issue. I just don't want a real stinky plant stinkin up my room. I figure the smaller the plant. The smaller the smell

The aroma (stink) that comes from the plant has nothing to do with height. There are different strains that stink less!
Your seed store should tell you. As it get's later folks will chime in on which ones they feel give off less aroma.
Myself I love the aroma, but that's me.

do a search for 12-12 from seed. I have a small grow doing it that way and you can see they are short but still producing a good amount.

na your gonna need more then that to flower espically wit cfls the more the better
