Will an AZ Medical Marijuana Card keep you out of jail? Maybe not!

I was at a MM meeting yesterday and someone asked if anyone had renewed their card yet. He pointed out that on the back of the card there was a change...A BIG ONE! The old card says...

"Marijuana use can be addictive and can impair an individuals ability to drive a motor vehicle or operate heavy machinery. Marijuana smoke contains carcinogens and can lead to an increased risk for cancer, tachycardia, hypertension, heart attack, and lung infection. KEEP MARIJUANA OUT OF REACH AND ANY UNAUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL."

The NEW CARD SAYS

"Possessing marijuana may be in violation of local, state or federal laws. Possession of this card does not provide protection. Marijuana use can be addictive and can impair an individuals ability to drive a motor vehicle or operate heavy machinery. Marijuana smoke contains carcinogens and can lead to an increased risk for cancer, tachycardia, hypertension, heart attack, and lung infection. KEEP MARIJUANA OUT OF REACH AND ANY UNAUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL."

Notice the change? This was insisted on by our benevolent governor JAN BREWER.

Hide your card in your wallet. You don't want law enforcement seeing that card if you are stopped. IT WILL ONLY LEAD TO TROUBLE! PS get a lock box for the trunk. THEY HAVE TO HAVE SEARCH WARRANT to open that even if you are stopped and they decide there is probable cause to search.

That will only happen AFTER a dispensary opens. Hopefully you will be able to renew with grow rights before then. My grow rights were renewed til April 16, 2013

I like the summers here. The extreme heat is one of the reasons I moved here. Nothing like a nice hike when it is 110. Once it starts to pass 114 though that's when it gets a little warm.

You're crazy dude! I lived here my whole life I hate the summer. Fortunately its bearable because of Air Conditioning.. Stay in the AC and its not so bad..

Honestly dude it's tolerable and you can still do stuff outside it just feels like a oven.. I will take a Phoenix 112 degree day over a 90 degree Chicago day... It's true about the "dry heat" nothing is worse than a hot day + humidity.. Hey dont knock jacking off !
