Nope. The US constitution requires that the president must be a natural born citizen. I put no credence in the "fake birth certificate" stuff, but if it were true then the US would indeed have a constitutional crisis on its hands.

No, that situation would allow you to be president. John McCain, for example, was born in the Panama Canal Zone because his father was an Admiral in the US Navy and stationed there.
What is not allowed is for a "naturalized" citizen to be president. A few years ago there was some talk of having Arnold Swarzenegger run for president, but that would have required an amendment to the constitution to remove the requirement that the US president must be natural born.

I was convinved by the layers thing also but just checked and actually the layers thing doesn't make any sense, its not like this is a psd, when you save an image the layers aren't retained. However when you scan an image with OCR into a PDF you will get these layers like in the birth certificate. Scan a document into PDF with OCR and you get the same result. Convert a photosop image to a PDF and you don't get those results. Its still possible I guees but unlikely. Why would they save the image as a PSD or image that can be edited again? They would of had to of done that on purpose which is stupid because it actually makes it seem more authentic this way I think and would be harder to fake, in laymens: the layers are computer made not something man made.

I enlisted during peace time. You make it sound like I joined to go to war or wanted to. Which I did not . Did I believe the president, yes like a lot of people until it became obvious there were no WMD's. Any president should be credible when making those kinds of statements especially, he should have been impeached for that lie. Unfortunately the friends I have on active duty now are in Afghanistan, they moved from one war to the next, I hardly see the difference. Sadly I expected more from Obama than he has delivered. Wars that rage on without end are hardly getting us out of a boodoggle only to be in the next one.

Don't be so shortsighted. I want this country to be rich and strong for my grandkids and further generations. We are not rich anymore(thanks forced housing loans, bailouts, stimulous,...) and are getting weaker every day(OBAMA'S continued bending over for the rest of the world). I can't even think how soft we'll be with another four years of OBAMA. At this rate, eventually, America will be too soft and financially unable to defend itself. I hope you can speak Chinese!
