Hey there Riu
Well this will be my 3rd grow, first time around was with fox farms liquid lineup no guidance, no forum just grew some bud. it came out god but i wanted better. So second year around i joined up here on RIU Learned leaps and bounds on what to do to increase yield and potency. I used the complete fox farm line including the solubles and it was going amazing, untill the 3rd week of flowering when someone jacked em. So here i am on year 3 outdoor, i did as much research as i could through the winter and even got a mentor, an older gentleman i worked with had been growing weed for about 20 years and retired to grow full time and he taught me everything he knows in exchange for some help here and there. He grow only in coco, with organics, and only indoors. Needless to say i learned alot!!!!!! My goal for this grow is to get the sweetest, juiciest most potent buds possible and have enough to recoup grow cost and have a supply for the year.
So for year three i decided to go all out. For seed i ordered Dr.Greenthumbs IAF. There are not a true auto. You veg under 24hrs of light untill they reach about 18" then you put them outside and the drop in light sends them into flowering within 2 weeks. Then within 60 days give or take of that they are ready to be harvested and yield roughly 4-8 oz's dried.
For soil they will root in solo cups using pro-mix organic. After about 2 weeks i will transplant into 3 gallon square pots for the remainder of the vegging. While in these pots i will be using Roots organic 707 with maybe 15% pro-mix organic maybe some perlite and vermeculite....? Then when they go outside they will be transplanted again into 10 gallon underbed totes, 2 plants per tote, with a plastic divider in the middle vertically but buried to seperate roots. The totes measure 24x16x10. Again With the Roots 707/Pro-mix for soil.
All soils also have The guano company Super Tea powder mixed into them at 1.5 cups per CU.FT.
They will veg in a 4x4 tent with a 600w MH air cooled light.
Nutes
Bubbled for 24hrs
Earth juice Grow original
Earth juice Bloom original
Earth juice Microblast (micro nutes)
Earth juice Catalyst (the crucial link, flower enhancer haha)
Earth juice Meta-K (potassium supplement)
Earth juice Assist (wetting agent)
Humboldt Honey es (organic sweetener)
Choose Earth juice because its not only one of the cheaper organic nute lines, but its also, from what ive researched, some of the best organic nutes you can get, its based from molasses and supposidly takes brix levels(sweetness and taste) off the chart! 1
Tea's
Bubbled for 24hrs
The guano company Super Tea (whole grow) worm casing, bat and seabird guano
The guano company Budswell (flowering) Worm castings, bat and seabird guano
HTG'S Stump tea (whole grow) kelp, yucca extract and mychroziae
Earth juice Hi-Brix molasses (whole grow)
Misc (with waterings....?)
Thrive alive green (OMRI listed B vitamin supplement, elminates plant stress) derived from kelp
Gonats (all natural insecticide, made by the company that makes earth juice)
Earth juice Natural Up & Down (all natural ph adjusters's)
The plan is to Nute solution day 1, check day 2, Tea solution day 3, check day 4, Straight Water with thrive alive weekly and gonats bi weekly on day 5, check day 6 and repeat. Providing this is a nice hot sunny summer hahahaha
Hopefully all goes well and i will get to harvest within a week or 2 of fourth of july and all will be dried and cured by begining of august when i get ready to go to school. Hope this grow journal provides people with info on Both earth juice because it seems to be a not well known line that is rediculously good and just happens to be organic, which is even better, and wait its cheap to....!!!!!!!!! WINNING! Also i wanna see whats up with these IAF from what ive seen it look amazing and the bud is POTENT they say on his website ak and white widow is a 4 out of 5
And he ranks IAF a 4.5 out of 5!!!!!!!!! and its done in july WHAT!
So this is my all natural/organic grow for the 2012 outdoor season. Ill be doing atleast a once a week post most likely with pics once things get going, and most likely twice a week haha.
Any questions and comment are as usuall always welcome, Remember we are here to learn from eachother so play nice!!!!!
