you have anxiety becuase you put effort into solving or thinking about events and issues or thoughts that dont have a end

the more you make time to rationalize that life is ok and will get better the easeir it will get

guy, im so positive. its just that when my own parents arent treating me right and mocking me and not helping i start to feel like a dying breed and worthless

yea. just this breathing thing is pissing me off and making me look like a FOOL. i feel so embarrased to go out because people will notice and cough around me. fckn i was in a cab the other day and the cab drivier coughed so loud and hard and i got scared n jumped

naw man. my lungs are messed up so im not even breathing right but im still breathing its just weak. what i think is that im not getting enough oxygen to my brain. but def isnt anxity cuz i seriously dont give a fk

it is. and i still wheeze. i havent smoked for about a week and im still doing it.

like. if u went to highschool u got ur cool kids, and avgs. weirdos, and freaks. then kid with loud breathing and twitching that pisses every1 off

I heard that the air now gives you cancer, thats why I stopped breathing a couple years ago and now I feel much better
