I hate seafood mostly. What fish tastes the least like the sea and/or a fish? Haha. I had tilapia, I found that pretty tolerable, relatively speaking...

the fresher the better. if you can catch your own, its amazing. bass, trout, snapper, mahi mahi, haddock are good. cook with lots of spices and lemon. fresh cat fish is pretty tasty breaded in cornmeal and fried. mmmmmmmm
