Help!!! first time grower!!! need help with making CFL Grow box!!!

Hello everybody this is the first time trying to grow and first time posting in this forum!! i already have my seeds germinating but i dont know how to build this CFL grow box. I currenttly live with my Mom so anything but stealthy growing is unacceptable. i have an idea where i am going to put it, outside inside of a hottub nobody every uses it or looks into plus there wall outlet right behind it. so the cfl box i wanna make is with a rubbermaid box but thats is a far as i have gotten so far. my questions to you guys is what fans should i purchase and how will i install these into the box along with what lights should i purchase and how will i also install the lights into it? Please any helps or tips for what i can do to my CFL Grow box will greatly be appreciated!!

also, if you're growing at your parents' house they have a right to know about it. you have no idea how much a flowering marijuana plant stinks, and any adult within 50 yards will smell it and know right away what it is

i have a plan i just dont know how to execute it, i understand this i have thought about it, and i am 18 years old i just live with my mom still
