I took a 1mg xanex and about a half gram of blow, I don't think it really good for my heart being at it would be close to speed ballin but its a benzo and that has me worried being as I drank a couple beers. I have a low tolerence for xanex, same with coke there not my normal batch of drugs, I'm more a molly fan, so I think my heart can do it, idk I'm slightly freaking out about it.........if anyone knows anything about this that would be amazing to spread advice :D and not to troll please

Just chill dude. Do something that helps you relax and try to take your mind off of it. You're most likely cool, just overthinkin' it. Those aren't huge doses of either of them.

Try some basic breathing exercises to calm you down.. this is a good relaxer, will lower heart rate: sit quietly with your spine straight, breath in for a steady count of four... then hold for a 7 count, then breathe out slowly for an eight count. Then repeat until you feel better.

Or just watch a good feel-good movie perhaps.. what you're dealing with is more in your head than in your body. Mindfuck is a powerful thing, heh. Respect the power of your own mind and it will treat you right.

That's my two cents... trust your instincts though... if you start to feel really off it can't hurt to call a friend up and ask 'em to join you just in case.

Then again.... it is pretty unwise to take 1/2 a gram of blow all by itself. I am presuming several things, first, that the blow is good (probably not) second, that the OP took it all at once. The xanax is no problem but I don't think it wise to do half a gram of blow all at once, 500 mg of something where the average dose is what? 20 mg? 50? I see the LD 50 is about 13 mg/kg. So for a 150 lb person 884 mg could be fatal, now consumption of alcohol produces cocaethylene in the liver, cocaethylene is somewhat more dangerous with regard to overdose than cocaine itself and I doubt that the liver would convert all of it to cocaethylene in one shot, but it is still unwise, AND a wast of good cocaine to work those half gram lines up one's nose.

lol youll be perfectly fine, jus last week i ate 3 banana bars and did about 1.5g of some flame ass white. trust me u gone be aite lol jus embrace it my nigga dont fite it!!!

But a lot of ladies love it. That's when you realize those are the ladies that you might want to shy away from. Except for the really hot ones. You always have to/try to tame em. Always a battle.

I don't think I would do coke without a benzo or maybe an opiate to calm my nerves afterward. ?Next time, safe the xanax for after you come down.

I always save the xanax for after I do the yayo. White only fucks me up for like 25 minutes, then I come down and straight up pass out.
