How do you make that ?
Start boiling the water for the brown rice and preheat the oven on bake to about 390 Fahrenheit and start the sweet potato. They go for about 45 minutes or more. You will smell the sweet potato when it gets close. Follow the directions on the rice bag(cover, turn down heat, and let simmer)
After about 30 minutes start getting the salmon ready by mixing in a bowl maple syrup and brown sugar until its all one.
Put the salmon in the dish and gently cover the salmon fillet with the maple mix. I usually cook it skin side down first and then flip but I regret it every time. Not sure if it sticks when you do it the other way around.
When there is about 15 minutes left on the rice start boiling water for the peas and stick the salmon in the oven for about 10 minutes and flip allowing to cook for another 5-10 minutes. (I don't really go by time, I just use my sense of sight, smell, and sound. Might want to check with someone on the exact time if you have never cooked salmon before)

Not formatted the best but I'm in a rush, and hungry lol Hope you guys enjoy!

Yeah I'm an alright cook. My girlfriend is better at some things but I have my specialties. We prepare nearly everything we eat so its second nature after a while, no fast food for us. Cooking isn't as difficult as people make it out to be, the clean up is the crappy part

I eat cows/chickens/turkeys/eggs and pigs.

I used to eat cows/chickens/turkeys/eggs and pigs but now I try to eat them in moderation. I eat organic free range chicken 2-3 times a month, local organic free range turkey about 3 times a year, local organic eggs 4 times a month, and pig when I'm at someones house who is serving pig. Not a fan of the swine anymore unless its in my grandmothers little smokey recipe.

People who consume more than 15 percent animal protein in their diet have a higher risk of developing cancer. Animal proteins increase estrogen levels and higher estrogen increase the development of cancer growth. Also red meat increases cholesterol like crazy which clogs your blood flow and impairs circulation. Its scientifically proven, yet the F.D.A. fails to make people aware.

Love veggie burritos. I do pinto beans, sauteed yellow onions, garlic, and red peppers, sweet potato, avocado, plain yogurt, and bbq sauce on a whole wheat wrap. Delicious
