Blueberry 12/12 from seed

I have blueberry sprouts going if anyone is interested in following along. ill post pictures once my phone comes in the mail(broke it for second time). I plan on keeping one mother plant and growing the rest 12/12. I have some other ladies going in another post if you want to check that out. Nothing people haven't seen before but this is my first attempt from seed, and starting on 12/12. Also never kepta mother plant so I'm excited to try something new. Going for the perpetual. 1000 Watt lumatek, cap vented hood, 5x5 tent, dwc, dynagro nutes. Started the sprouts in soil, going to transplant to hydro once there big enough.

Thanks. They were given to me.. I have fourteen of them going. Don't know if there fem seeds, just gave me the strain and thats about it.

I have to inform you that this probably wont yield, you are better off 12/12 ing sativa dominate strains,not indica,as sativas come from the equator where it is generally a case of 14 hrs of light 10 dark,then 10 light 14 dark max,where as indicas need atleast 2-4 weeks veg or you end up with a lolly pop with a few grams on,I have learnt the hard way,when doign white berry from seeds,blueberry x hash plant,and was lucky if I got 7gs of a plant,while when doing cheesewreck (90% sativa) I got a oz a plant easy,.

I mean what I said,did you not read it properly?, Sativa heavy hybrids will 12/12 from seed and give you a nice yield,indicas wont, my point was blueberry is an indica that needs 4 weeks veg, or wont give you anything at all,talking from experience here

Have you read the "12/12 from seed" thread? I think you need to look into that before you get all high and mighty.......or at least all mighty .

I say go for it. If you have enough female plants doing 12/12 from the start then there really is no reason not to do it.

Before you come at me with some bad attitude dankerous, look up the thread and spend at least 15 minutes cruising it. You'd be surprised.

Man,I have read the 12/12 thread,infact if you look at the last post you will see my current grow,I have been 12/12ing from seed for 3 years now,I have done over 9 different genetics in that way,trust me,indicas will fail,you want atleast a skunk 60 sat/40 indica, as I say paradise seeds white berry (blueberry x hashplant) was the biggest failure I have ever had,you really want to veg them a few weeks if they are indica strains.

As I said in my original post

Sativas and there hybrid counterparts come from the equator hence why it works to 12/12 them,they practically only get that in nature,14/10 light dark to 10/14 light dark.
Im not trying to be an arse,I am trying to save this guy some hassle/wasted time and energy etc.

here are some of my sativas I have 12/12'ed

1-6 are my current 3rd dimension, now 7 and 8 are indicas I did from 12/12 you see the difference between them and all the other pics?.

That is my point backed up by evidance,

Basically would you want this OP to grow out some indicas in 12/12 end up with a pathetic yield as like all indica heavy hybrids wont react well to it, making the OP come to the conclusion this technique is a waste of time?,as that would be more damaging in my opinion

I'd have to agree as this is a photo of a 12/12 blueberry of mine that just showed sex yesterday. They can grow bigger than this before showing but its not much. Veg a few weeks, you'll thank yourself.

i came back and started laughing once i read the replies. people getting semi heated over weed. i appreciate all the replies so far. what im going to do is grow 7 of them on 12/12 and veg the other 7 under a 600 watt til there just under or right around a foot tall. ill still keep a mother plant and if the yields are good enough under the 1000 watt on 12/12, ill start 12/12 from clone afterwards. if not ill just move onto a strain thats less dependent on the veg. any reccomendations on a good strain that does well without veg. also, how different is 12/12 from clone than 12/12 from seed. i know its probably out there but im lazy and dont feel like searching right now. lights come on in thirty minutes, im going to jimmy rig to rubbermaids together as a veg room until i get another tent or if it works well enough just use it for a few weeks til they get thrown into the flower room.

So i stacked two rubber on top of each other. Open end to open end. Set the plants in the bottom and on the top end I added some some holes top hang the light from. Added a six inch hole for a blower in and about an eight on the other for exhaust. Set the ballast to the lowest setting, didn't want to burn the sprouts up. Let it sit for a while and temperature is about 75 degrees. All sprouts look healthy. replacement phone should be arriving tomorrow. Will add photos when it arrives.

ugly as shit but seems effective so far. Fresh air in from window. I could add another fan if temps get out of control but during the hottest part of the day with the lights on it hit 86 degrees. A cool tube would be the shit if I had one. I'm probably going to add another line in or out just to keep things in the 70's.

I couldn't bare to look at my contraption any longer and ordered another tent for veg. Got a 4x4 from Amazon for 130 for my mothers and clones. I'm also on the hunt for some og Kush clones. There is a guy who is local with some master og i'm thinking of picking when my tent gets here, assuming he still has some by then. Any one ever try master?
