Dont you guys get drug tested?

I have a question Im guessing most of the members have jobs. SO im wondering do u guys get drug tested or..no..? I recently lost my job at Walgreens cuz I failed the suprise drug test. I really didnt care since the pay suck and the manager fired me cuz Im Mexican..and have red hair. So drug test nobody..?

What state are you in? If you're in California I think your employer has to meet at least one of two requirements with random or surprise testing. First, you're supposed to get notice (2 weeks to 30 days from what I've read); OR they have to have good reason, such as an accident. I think they also have to have their policy and procedure spelled out. I don't know if there is any federal law on this, though.

I've had some tests, am currently unemployed but may be getting work with the state.

I remembered when I got high bought a fun pass and went around downtown blown off my ass I was Totally lost for 15 minutes. Then I ended up in Boys town "gay Community" and wow so MANY!! headshops..I was in bong heaven. then I ripped with the owner of some store..best day!!

fuck yeah gimme some UNO's or giordanos ... if you really need that shit like I do, you can order half-cooked frozen pizzas from Papa Dell's in Champaign with a minimum $100 order. find a couple friends, swear to the quality, and they will love you forever. I like that shit even better than Uno's to tell you the truth.

That sucks that a walgreens would drug test you.. .what has this country come to? Someone can't even make a decent living without being rediculously unhappy and sober as a plank of wood... Really is disturbing.. what are you going to do, be a little too friendly at the cash register oh no!

Factory work...did a weak drug test when i got hired passed even though i smoke 3 days prior to the test.....but there wasn't any mention of drug testing afterwards no surprises, only after accidents cuz of me and a supervisor getting away with not taking one after getting hurt now they implemented that shit, already fired two guys for it, fucked up cuz we don't walk in and run machines stoned, but most of the supervisors are drunk 90% of the time they're working.

on the upside...I also run my own biz, so if they fire me cuz i fail, i got something to fall back on

I work with "Manpower" depending on the job im doing at that time there's a drug test..but they tell you in advance you'll have one

but so far i havent had to do one

I WAS a supervisor for a warehouse. Someone said that a bag found on a forklift was mine. They tested me. I was dirty. Lost job.

No drug test for me.Walgreens has surprise as it has a pharmacy so they do it to make sure you dont have a drug habit working so close to prescrip drugs mmmm deep dish Genos or Uno pizza..lol boys town is kinda scary stay away from wrigley and go to where real basbal is played on the southside..and doesnt it suck they made them tear down all the maxwell street stands and demon dog..basterds..Oh well still alot of good eats and as always waiting for the taste and some Bjs Catfish
