How Much Exercise Do You Get?

I hiked 4 miles this morning in Palos Verdes across the ways from Trumps golf course. It was killer, beautiful scenery. I've cut down my alcohol consumption in a huge way. I feel great and have been hiking regularly and started lifting again. Not a gym rat or a work out freak but it sure does feel good getting back into shape. I'm so over hang overs.

I exercise for a solid hour 3 times a week. 20 min of cardio and 40 min of lifting every monday, wednesday, and friday.

My job and farming give me pretty good workout so I like to stay in shape.

There is nothing better than a good bake after a good workout.

90 minutes every other day, half of which is core training.

I do ballet, yoga, horseriding and gymnastics + the Wii Fit (there's also a great dancing game called Helix that will work up a sweat) along with an 8 mile walk through the woods every fortnight or so. I'd do it more but I have to get an hour train out of the city to get to nice woods and fields with deer and stuff.

Ballet is 2 hours, gym 1 1/2 hours, riding 45 minutes, and I can be on the Wii from 20 minute to 3 hours depending on what else I have to do and my mood. Oh and I try and go all the way through this DVD once a month. It looks like porn but it's actually a serious, serious workout...

Skip to 1:10 if you want lol

Lol that's only one segment of the long DVD, it is pretty hardcore, especially if you picked it up thinking it was all sexy girls and flapping about.

And I can do those raises with my legs actually straight and right over my head until my crotch is in my face, back down and up again. Like I said, ballet, gym, yoga..

It was a fun video though lol

I've been working up to those dragonflags for a month, and still can't pull back up...that's 80% of your own body weight. Most professional athletes can't even do those.

I'm big on stability/medicine balls as well, they force you to stabilize with your weakest muscles.
